In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph92" refers to the ph92 online gaming platform, accessible at https://ph92.net, including all associated services, features, and content made available to registered players.
• "Platform" means the ph92 website, mobile-optimized interface, and any related software or applications through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a ph92 account and uses the Platform for any purpose, including browsing, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the ph92 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their ph92 Account using approved payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account by ph92 pursuant to any active promotion or offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the ph92 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing the ph92 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ph92 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph92. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

To register and maintain an Account on ph92, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph92, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the ph92 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your ph92 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

ph92 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any other time deemed appropriate by ph92 in its sole discretion. Verification may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph92 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph92 immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform.

ph92 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. ph92 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the ph92 Payments page and may be subject to change. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to ph92's verification and anti-money laundering procedures.

ph92 operates a same-name policy: the name on your ph92 Account must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be reversed.

• Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the ph92 Payments page, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• ph92 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• ph92 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph92 accepts no responsibility.

ph92 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ph92 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. ph92 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering, or other prohibited methods — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

All games available on the ph92 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

ph92 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ph92 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. ph92's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph92 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the ph92 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering with other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ph92 Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph92 Players directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph92 Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ph92 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph92 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ph92.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any ph92 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of ph92's intellectual property may result in legal action. ph92 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph92 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ph92's reasonable control.

ph92's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ph92 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph92's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph92 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a regulatory authority.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

Upon Account closure, ph92 will return any verified Real Money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable verification and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus Balances and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Balances that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ph92 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

ph92 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a ph92 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph92 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform's services (including payment processing and identity verification), or as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph92 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through ph92's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph92 operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR and other applicable Philippine gaming authorities. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by ph92 may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.
